Navigating informal care: theoretical perspectives and insights from regional policy comparisons in Italy
Cristina Calvi holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Padua and a second level master's degree in Epidemiology from the University of Turin. She is currently a research fellow at the University of Eastern Piedmont and collaborates as a researcher at the Centre for Socio-Economic Research on Ageing of INRCA IRCCS - National Institute of Health and Science on Ageing- (Ancona). Her main research interests focus on the topics of illness and care from a life course perspective, ageing and policies related to ageing and informal care, and digitisation processes with particular reference to the healthcare sector. Cristina is also a member of the Editorial board of the Italian scientific journal PRISMA.
