Appel à contributions

Archimède. Archéologie et histoire ancienne est une revue scientifique spécialisée en Archéologie, en Philologie et en Histoire (de la Préhistoire à Byzance, en incluant le monde islamique médiéval). Elle a pour objectif d’encourager l’interdisciplinarité et de favoriser les collaborations entre chercheurs issus de différents horizons, dont l’archéologie préventive (INRAP, Archéologie Alsace, ANTEA, etc.).

En vue de l’élaboration du prochain numéro de la revue (n°13, date de parution : printemps 2026), les éditeurs de la section Varia ont le plaisir de lancer leur appel à contributions.
Si vous souhaitez soumettre un article, nous vous invitons à manifester votre intérêt, si possible avant le 13 juillet  2025 et en indiquant un titre d’article provisoire, auprès de Max Thomé (max.thome[at]etu.unistra.fr) et Laura Waldvogel (laura.waldvogel[at]orange.fr).

L’article finalisé aux normes éditoriales de la revue sera attendu pour le 14  septembre 2025 au plus tard.
Toutes les contributions, qui pourront être rédigées en français, allemand, anglais ou italien, seront évaluées selon une double expertise en aveugle (voir la procédure ici).  Les articles publiés disposeront d’un identifiant DOI et seront automatiquement déposées sur les archives ouvertes HAL-SHS.
 

Archimède. Archéologie et histoire ancienne is a scientific journal specialized in Archaeology, Philology and History (from Prehistory to Byzantine studies, including the medieval Islamic world). Its aim is to promote disciplinary interactions, notably by encouraging collaborations between researchers from different fields, including those involved in preventive archaeology.

Each issue gathers several thematic dossiers, as well as a Varia section. Preparatory work for issue 13 (scheduled for spring 2026) is currently underway and we are currently looking for articles for our Varia section.

If you wish to propose a paper, please contact our Varia section editors by the 13th of July 2025, outlining your publication project along with a provisional title: Max Thomé (max.thome[at]etu.unistra.fr) and Laura Waldvogel (laura.waldvogel[at]orange.fr).

The finished article, complying with the journal's editorial standards, is due by the 14th of September 2025. The contributions, which may be written in French, German, English or Italian, will be evaluated by double blind peer review (see the procedure here). The published articles will be assigned a DOI and will automatically be uploaded on the French HAL-SHS open archives.
